Plastic film blowing Line
A Blown Film Line is a manufacturing process used to create plastic films by blowing molten polymer into thin, continuous sheets.
The process begins with the extrusion of molten plastic, typically polyethylene, through a circular die to form a tube.

Our product line includes film blowing machines, plastic waste recycling machines, twin-screw laminating machines, bag making machines, and flexographic printing machines.
In 2010, to expand our sales scale and enhance our competitiveness, we established our own production facility to manufacture film blowing and recycling machines. Leveraging our years of sales experience and a relentless pursuit of technological innovation, we have successfully developed and produced HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE film blowing machines with widths ranging from 25 to 120 mm. In 2003, we successfully developed and produced a three-color (striped line)/co-extrusion line for double-layer industrial stretch film.
By 2014, our comprehensive line of film blowing machines utilizes advanced technology and is suitable for HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP film widths ranging from 22.5 cm to 10 m. MATILA also manufactures the largest three-layer coextrusion rotary die, with a die diameter of up to 1.2m.
Our plastic recycling lines are equipped with a complete washing/crushing/pelletizing system, with an hourly output of 200 to 800 kg. Small-scale recycling of industrial waste has a capacity of 30 to 150 kg per hour.
